This is a really cool installation outside of MOCA Taipei.
The whole structure is fixed to a central axis which floats in a chest-high pool of water which allows it to spin and bob according to wind movement or a little push from the viewers.
Experienced from outside, it's slow and gentle lumbering reminds me of a Hayao Miyazaki character.
Inside leaves you feeling a little tripped out (or motion sick!!!).
Very cool!!! and it's outside, so it's free.
Or why not spend the $50 and go inside!
